The hotel has a room which has been modified for disabled guests, it has wooden floors, fixtures and fittings are reachable from wheelchair height. The ensuite bathroom within the hotel has similarly modified for use by a wheelchair user. Staff at the hotel have been trained on how best to assist disabled guests. There is parking for disabled guests and common areas within the hotel are wheelchair accessible. Hearing loops are available at reception, and for business guests who require them mobile hearing loops can be borrowed from reception for business meetings within the hotel. Guide dogs are welcome within the hotel.
Kids stay for free at the hotel (under 13 years) and once at the hotel there's plenty to keep them from getting bored. There are mobile play modules, kids TV-channels, Menu in restaurant, high chairs in restaurant, a kids buffet in restaurant, "Film time", drawing and reading.
There are 100 free outdoor parking spaces at the hotel.

From Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, taxis are available to take you directly to the Scandic Espoo hotel. The journey normally takes around 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel.
From Helsinki-Vantaa Airport by bus:
Take the public bus from the bus stop outside the Terminal. Alight at the junction with the Turku motorway, and walk the 220 yards to the Scandic Espoo hotel
From Helsinki Railway Station by train:
Take the train to Kera, which is 800 m from the Scandic Espoo hotel. From there you can enjoy a 15-minute walk or take a taxi to the hotel.
From Helsinki Railway Station by bus:
Walk 500 m to the bus station located in Kamppi shopping centre. Take a bus number 110 from platform 44. Hop off at bus stop "Nihtisilta".
