Follow the signs to Trondheim on the E6 motorway for around 18 miles, until you come to a major roundabout. Take the exit on the left, after around 100 metres, you'll see the hotel on your right. The journey usually takes around 25 minutes.
By bus via Trondheim Airport
The airport bus takes you directly to the hotel and usually takes about 30 minutes. (On the return journey, you need to catch the airport bus which leaves from Trondheim Train Station, which is a 5 minutes in a cab from the hotel.)
By taxi
From Trondheim Train Station, cabs will take you directly to the hotel. The 500m journey usually takes about 5 minutes.
