Stay in central Lyngby, at the Scandic Emeritage hotel. 

The hotel is situated in the wealthy Northern suburb of Lyngby which is to the north of central Copenhagen.  The centre of the city is 13km from the hotel while the Bellevue beach is 5km away.  

The hotel is an ideal spot for the business traveller as there's both outdoor and indoor parking is available, (parking is not included within the cost of your stay).  In terms of business facilities the hotel has plenty on offer.  There are 15 meeting rooms in various sizes, facilities of the rooms include cumfy chairs, climate control, AV equipment and LCD projector.  The restaurant can cater for conference guests.  

Should you have left home without some of your daily necessities you won't need to leave the hotel as there a shop within to make life that little bit more convenient.  

If you want to keep yourself in good shape while at the hotel, there is the SATS fitness centre nearby which also has its own sauna and solarium near the hotel.  

For guests with limited mobility there is special provision, all staff members are trained as to how to best work with physical impairments.  There are specially dedicated rooms which have height adjustable beds, widened doors, hearing loops are also available at reception and guide dogs are very welcome at the hotel.  

Kids stay free at the hotel (under the age of 13), there's plenty laid on for the entertainment of kids.  There's a welcome gift, kids TV channels, a kids menu in restaurant, high chairs in restaurant as well as mobile play modules and film time.  

There's free wireless internet through out the hotel, in guests rooms and communal areas.

The Scandic Hotel Chain is constantly looking to reduce the impact that its business has on the environment, so much so that by 2025 they will have "zero fossil CO2 emissions".

Organic food served wherever possible in the hotel and there is no GM food in this or any Scandic hotel.

Enjoy gourmet dining in the Galleri restaurant which serves sumptuous salads, old favourites as well as superb meat and fish dishes.  The restaurant can serve up to 200 diners in a light and open dining area.   Breakfast is free as it is included in the cost of your stay at the hotel.
