All the 21 conference rooms within the hotel have plenty of natural light as well as plenty of space.   14 of the conference rooms  have also been designed to facilitate varying layouts and conference sizes so they can be converted to your business needs.  The largest suite can accommodate up to 300 delegates.  

If you want to stay in shape after a hard day of meeting, there's plenty to keep you up to date with your work out regime.  The hotel has an indoor pool, as well as modest fitness room which includes a rowing machine and exercise bike.  And after you've finished your work out you can relax in either the unisex solarium or one of the two saunas.  

If you will be staying at the hotel with kids, the first good thing is that if they are under thirteen your kids stay is free.  Once at the hotel there's plenty to stop them getting bored; a welcome gift on arrival, kids TV channels, play modules, jigsaws, books, computer games, drawing, a kids menu in the restaurant and film time.  

For both kids and adults there's a games room which has both a full sized pool table and a dart board, there's no need to book the room in advance.  You can get sets of darts from reception.  

The car park has approximately 250 parking spaces which are free to all guests.

When you stay at a Scandic hotel there are elements of your stay that have carefully thought about and assessed in terms of their impact on the environment.  

The hotel has earned a Nordic Swan eco label as a result of the efforts toward the environment.  The Scandic hotel chain has a company wide sustainability policy and this policy is observed in every detail at Scandic Hvidovre.  Elements of policy include; eco-friendly cleaning products, all hard waste being sorted into 22 separate categories and is then recycled where possible, use of low-flush toilets along with efficient taps and showers, electricity conserved using low-energy light bulbs and room key controlled lighting.  

Other elements of the overall policy include a sustainable buildings policy which excludes all toxic materials from the construction or repair of buildings.  In terms of comsumable products within the hotel, there are no GM foods within the hotel, organic food served wherever possible and all coffee is fairtrade.

Restaurant Bourgogne serves a traditional menu with some contemporary touches in an open atmosphere.  Next to the restaurant is the hotel bar which A Free Breakfast is part of the cost of your stay and carries no additional charge.
