Scandic Odense has great transport links due to its proximity the E20 motorway.  

The hotel is an ideal destination for conferences and business meetings in the Odense.  To Visit Odense is simply a matter of short journey into the town centre where you can visit the childhood home of Hans Christian Anderson.  If you fancy a round of golf you are you couldn't be better placed with no less than 9 golf courses around Odense. 

The hotel has 13 Conference Rooms, the rooms can accommodate between 2 and 200 people, the rooms include common rooms, there are a number of "team building" options nearby.  

Fitness, outdoors and games can easily be added to the attractions of the hotel, you can have game of football on the hotel's football pitch.  You can also play golf at one of the 9 nearby golf clubs.  Or you can borrow a bike from reception free of charge and explore the local area.  In the hotel itself there's a fitness room and 2 single-sex saunas for when you want to relax after working out.  There's also a games room which includes a billiard table and darts.  

For guests with kids there's the good news that kids under 13 years stay for free and once at the hotel there's a lot to keep them occupied.  There's a free welcome gift when they arrive, there are play modules which have books, jigsaws, film time, and computer games.   

The hotel has made a number of modifications for disabled guests, these include rooms with widened doors for wheelchair users, height adjustable beds.  There are hearing loops available at reception and also for meetings.

Scandic, the Scandinavian hotel chain has won multiple eco and ethical awards, as well as creating one of its own in the form of Stockholm Water Prize and the Scandic Sustainability Fund.  The Stockholm Water Prize is an international award that recognises individuals or organisations that have worked to promote sustainable water practices. 

In the hotel itself there's a huge raft of measures that all stem from the Scandic Environmental Policy.  Elements that are used within the hotel include comprehensive waste management measures, which includes all waste being  sorted into 22 categories and recycled wherever possible, water conservation in the form of efficient taps and showers and low-flush toilets.  Energy is saved in part by the installation of low energy light bulbs, room key controlled lighting and the use of renewable energy.  

All staff are also trained best environmental practises and all environmental efforts are constantly monitored.

The bar has a big screen for major sporting events, the bar serves convenient snacks like nachos and burgers, there's also local beers to sample.  The restaurant has a modern, classically Scandinavian design and has an outdoor terrace during the summer months.  All breakfasts are free at the hotel.
