The Palace Hotel has a well equipped gym, which included jogging machines, weight machines, bikes, free weights and pilates balls.  The gym is available for use hotel guests 24 hours a day.  

The hotel endeavours to ensure disabled guests have comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel, measures taken by the hotel include; rooms with height-adjustable beds, widened doors and vibrating alarm clocks.  Hearing loops are available at reception and guide dogs are welcome at the hotel.  

Children under the age of 13 stay free at the hotel.  They are also well catered for in terms of activities and distractions.  When they arrive your they will be given a welcome gift, when they sit down to eat in the restaurant they can choose dishes from the kids menu.  They can also use the mobile play modules, , play board games, watch kids TV channels, read, play computer games, do jigsaws and draw. 

The Hotel is perfect for conferences and meetings, the three rooms are classic yet modern and decorated in a classic style.  The largest of the conference room can hold 80 people.  The two meeting rooms have a capacity for 12 people.    All three rooms have AV equipment and free wireless internet access.

As with all Scandic Hotels.  The Scandic Palace Hotel adheres to the world leading environmental policy which is in many ways a the 

Elements which go to make up the environmental commitment of the hotel include; the highly efficient management of waste.  Waste is sorted into 22 different types all of which are recycled wherever possible.  Company cars used by the hotel are "hybrid cars" In terms of water the hotel uses efficient taps and showers, low-flush toilets to reduce the wasting of water resources.  These two elements also feed into reducing the overall energy usage of the hotel as water treatment requires energy.  In terms of energy to heat and light the hotel, these are conserved using low energy light bulbs, and room key controlled lighting.  The Scandic chain are constantly looking to reduce their impact on the environment and aim to have a zero carbon footprint by 2025.

From Kastrup Airport

By train

The train from Copenhagen Airport to the central train station departs from inside the terminal building. The journey takes about 12 minutes and trains depart every 10 minutes in the day, every 20 minutes in the evening and every hour through the night. You need a ticket for 3 zones, which costs DKK 31.50.

By taxi

Outside the terminal building there is a large taxi rank. A taxi from the airport to the hotel takes about 20 minutes and costs around DKK 250.

The central station is a mere 500 metres from the hotel, making it a 5-10 minute walk.
