The modern Scandic Mölndal hotel is positioned perfectly for fans of horse racing.

The hotel is a great place for business meetings and conferences there are 7 meeting rooms.  The largest of these rooms can accommodate 170 business guests.  All rooms have free wireless internet access. 

There is a 24hr gym within the hotel, it is equipped with a treadmill, an exercise bike, a multi gym and free weights.  At reception it is possible to get a map of nearby walks and running tracks if you fancy a burst of fresh air, our you can head off into the countryside on bicycle which you can borrow from the hotel.  And after you've burned off a feel calories you can relax in the the sauna or the jacuzzi.

Kids stay free at the hotel (under 13s), and there's plenty for them to do whilst at the hotel; They can play computer games, read, do jigsaws, watch children's TV channels, draw and watch films at "Film-Time".  The restaurant has high-chairs for small children as well as a "kids-menu".  The "Playroom" is conveniently located next to the restaurant.  

The hotel has 6 rooms for the disabled, these rooms have been modified to the specification of wheelchair users.  Switches, taps and handles etc are easy to reach, the en-suite bathrooms have been matched to these 6 bedroom suites.  Hearing loops are available for guests at reception.  Mobile hearing loops are available for guests attending business meetings at the hotel.  Guide dogs are welcome at the hotel.  

There are 200 outdoor car parking spaces, at the hotel which are available to guests at no extra charge (although you will need to pick up a parking ticket from the front desk).  There also an additional 20 spaces in the hotel garage (these spaces carry an additional charge)

The hotel adheres to the Scandic environmental policy which is in place through out the entire Scandic hotel chain.  The chain has won an number of environmental awards and the hotel itself carries a Swan Label for its environmental initiatives.  The elements of the hotels initiatives are comprehensive, they include: The use of renewable energy rather than non-renewable energy.  Energy consumption reduction through the use of energy efficient appliances through out the hotel, as well as fittings like low energy light bulbs, room key controlled lighting.  Water and the energy required to treat and channel water is reduced through the use of efficient taps and shower heads, low-flush toilets.  Hard waste is sorted into up to 22 different categories and recycled wherever it is possible to do so.  All cleaning products used at the hotel are "eco-friendly".
